We have a sick baby on hand. :(
Last night we noticed our little man was fairly hot. Turns out he had spiked a fever of over 102. We gave him tylenol which did no help. He slept pretty well but woke up still feverish so we took him in.
The ped assessed it as a viral infection. No ear infections, strep, hand/foot/mouth or anything like that...Just something that would pass on it's own. We got some mediciation and came home.
Once home he went from bad to worse and started vomiting. Consoling him became impossible and eventually he just quit fighting and fell asleep for a nap. Man do I hate it when he feels like this. Disneyland is in 2 days so I can only hope he is feeling back to himself by then!
Laundry will take up the rest of our night and then back to the ultrasound clinic at 8am for one last ultrasound with our favorite people ever before we leave island. The day will be busy as it will be our last full day before our 7am departure to LA on Sunday morning.
